On Monday, 26th February, Dil Say Pakistan received a very welcoming invite from the Baha’i community of Rawalpindi, to attend their religious event. “It’s a celebration”- they told us over the phone.


For a common Pakistani, so many questions pop up in mind when you hear the word, “Baha’i”. Our limited exposure to religious diversity is one thing but it is imperative to note that a population of over 33,000 Baha’is lives in different parts of Pakistan.


The followers of Bahá'u'lláh celebrated Ayyam-i-Ha (Intercalary Days). It is 4-5 day long celebration prior to the month of fasting. Falling between 25th-28th February this year, the essence of Ayyam-i-Ha is; to socialize with friends and family, performs acts of charity and services to others, showing hospitality, being generous with the less-fortunate, and praising God.  The significance of these days is to
